Puzzlingly presents a sweet, patient romance for lone wolf careerist cop Athena Chu and repentant, reformed triad Francis Ng--until the final act, anyway--mostly happening alongside an especially vile slasher narrative of dental torture, public humiliation and sexual assault. Joe Ma is terrifying as the mask-wearing "uniform fan", a delusional serial killer and rapist who uses his wealth and positions of respectability and trust to terrorize the city, stalking Chu's Po Wan Yu's school-aged sister and eventually framing her feckless boyfriend for his crimes. Astonishing this escaped Cat-III classification.

There are strange films and then there are strange Hong Kong Category III films. This is one of the most insane. The film is truely vile as the main character a dentist that's also a full time rapist/murderer of woman as the title suggest in uniforms. Not the typical rape/revenge fantasy, this film decides to implement comedy at some very odd moments. The film's protagonists are a female cop and a goofball Triad leader that make an unlikely duo. This film is pretty much for diehard Category III films fans, you've been warned.
