By using the above command i want to cut the video from 00:00:03 to 00:00:08. But it is not cutting the video between those times instead of that it is cutting the video with first 11 seconds. can anyone help me how resolve this?
If you want to cut precisely starting at a non-keyframe and want it to play starting at the desired point on a player that does not support edit lists, or want to ensure that the cut portion is not actually in the output file (for example if it contains confidential information), then you can do that by re-encoding so that there will be a keyframe precisely at the desired start time. Re-encoding is the default if you do not specify copy. For example:
Also, the -t option specifies a duration, not an end time. The above command will encode 8s of video starting at 3s. To start at 3s and end at 8s use -t 5. If you are using a current version of ffmpeg you can also replace -t with -to in the above command to end at the specified time.
This is because when -ss is given as an output option, the discarded time is still included in the total time read from the input, which -t uses to know when to stop. Whereas if -ss is given as an input option, the start time is seeked and not counted, which is where the confusion comes from.
First, a video should be coded using ffvhuff encoder so that the video could be cut to exactly at the start and end time. Normally, with other commands given above, it may be possible that the video is not cut to the specific duration as not every frame is an intra coded frame.
and loop through the file, downloads the file that youtube-dl supports, calculating duration between start_time and end_time and passing it to ffmpeg, since -t is actually the duration, not the real end_time

If you have recorded timings and want to use them in the video you create from your presentation, make sure the box next to Use Recorded Timings and Narrations is checked. You can also choose to set the amount of time the video will spend on each slide if you don't have a set timing.
When a presentation plays as a movie, each slide appears for a uniform amount of time unless you set individual timings, or record the slide show to establish timing for the entire presentation. For more information about setting slide timings, see Rehearse and set slide timings.

The best M4 loadout in Modern Warfare 2 focuses on increasing control, stability, and range, while maintaining some of its snappy speed. The M4 has an impressive time to kill in a game that already boasts a very low time to kill. That means you simply need to increase the control so that you can hit more consistently, and maintain your movement speed so that you can still charge around the map at breakneck pace.
The best MW2 M4 perk is Overkill. This allows you to use two primaries, so you can equip the Lachmann Sub as your secondary. For your second basic perk, take Double Time to double the duration of your tactical sprint so that you can charge around the map at full speed more often while hunting for enemies. If your tactical sprint does run out, the Battle Rage Field Upgrade will quickly refresh it and get you back to full speed in no time.

Pete Belcastro, examiner, Questioned Documents Unit: Operation Bullpen was an investigation conducted by the FBI that started in 1999 and it ran through 2005/2006 timeframe. And during that time it involved the acquisition of fraudulent sports memorabilia, also fraudulent memorabilia from musicians, movie stars, and presidential items as well.
This particular piece involved Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Ted Williams. A framed artifact that contained fraudulent signatures. We often had to determine whether they were fraudulent based on the materials used, such as the ink, the baseballs that were being used, or the bats that were being written on. So a lot of times we had to date materials in order to actually determine if the item was indeed fraudulent.

The debate about MP4 vs. AVCHD has been going on for some time now, and it's not going to stop soon. This is because these two data formats are very important for video editors. In the recent past, video technologies have grown tremendously, and the two major players have emerged to be MP4 and AVCHD, which are the leading formats both for recording and processing of videos.
The AVCHD format can compress videos in small disc spaces while at the same time preserving the details and quality of the video. This format has been improved to include stereoscopic video along with 50 and 60 frames per second mode of the 1080p. AVCHD is compatible with Blu-ray, meaning you can burn its videos to DVDs and Blu-ray discs directly without having to convert them to other formats.
MP4 player stands for Motion Pictures Expert Group -4 Part 14 format. It is a very popular format and is commonly used in streaming videos online. It is a multimedia container that's able to store still images, subtitles, audio, video, and more data in just one file.
As a professional compositing video editor, Adobe After Effects can also help you make some basic editing effects like slow motion or timelapse video. It is useful to fast motion and freeze frame. Read on to get the two easiest way to speed up or slow down a video in After Effects.
Although, time stretch option is much easier to use but it do not allow users to add slow motion to specific portions of the clip. Thus, it is good to shift to Time Remapping option where it is possible to speed up as well as slow down any specific portion of the video clip.
Step 2: Your project must be containing two keyframes; one at the beginning portion and another by the end of layer. These keyframes provide details about time at particular position of your video; you simply need to edit time values on these keyframes to add effects to your video.
Step 3: Let, if you wish to alter speed between two points in a clip as represented by point A and B in the image below. You simply need to drag your B keyframe to the right side and it will naturally create timelapse effect between points A and B.
